This policy applies to the iOS app Cutlit and Sunny J Lab’s website. We have no sign-up or account feature or server that receives app data; app data is processed and stored on your device.
1. Information and purposes
Cutlit
- Photo library read and write access is used to organize photos by date. Cleanup records and settings stay on your device. Photo library information is not sent to us or used for ads.
- Photos optimized for storage in iCloud may be downloaded from Apple for display and size checks.
- Google AdMob may process IP addresses, device and OS information, and ad impressions and clicks to serve and measure ads. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow tracking. “Remove Ads” is handled through Apple in-app purchases. There are no analytics or crash-reporting tools.
Website and inquiries
- Website: Cloudflare processes access records, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site and provide access statistics. Language and display preferences are stored in your browser.
- Inquiries: we process your email address, name (if supplied), and message to reply and handle disputes.
2. Retention and deletion
Data in app storage is deleted when you delete the app. Files saved or shared outside the app must be deleted separately.
iOS manages retention and recovery of photos deleted in Cutlit in “Recently Deleted”.
Inquiry records (email address, name, and message) are kept for 3 years after handling, under the retention rule for consumer complaint and dispute records in the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. We destroy them without delay when retention ends and delete electronic files so they cannot be recovered.
3. Third-party provision, outsourcing, and transfers abroad
We do not sell personal information. Overseas transfers for advertising services and outsourced website and inquiry processing are listed below. Recipient links provide privacy contact details.

In-app purchases use Apple’s service directly and are subject to Apple’s policy. We do not receive card or other payment details.
4. Automatic collection tools
The website uses no cookies and stores only language and display preferences in your browser.
Cutlit uses IDFA for personalized ads and measurement only with tracking permission. Refuse in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; ads still appear if you refuse.
5. Security measures
We minimize collection by processing app data on your device, use HTTPS for website and app communications, and limit access to the inquiry email account to the representative.
6. Your rights
You or your legal representative may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing by email. We verify identity or authority and respond without delay, explaining any restriction such as a statutory retention duty. Manage device data and app permissions on your device.

9. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. This policy takes effect on October 6, 2026.
